Our service area is intentionally kept local, with most calls within a 15-30 mile radius.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform routine maintenance and service callsTroubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutionsComplete service documentation accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate clearly with homeowners regarding system conditions and recommendationsMaintain a clean, organized service vehicle and safe work environmentQualifications3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal Certification (required)NATE Certification (preferred)Ability to properly size HVAC equipment based on industry standardsFamiliarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms (preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication skills and professional customer interactionPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbingComfortable working on ladders, in crawl spaces, and at heightsAbility to work in varying weather conditions while using appropriate PPEThis is an opportunity to join a stable, growing team that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and consistent service delivery.
