About the Position
Black Book Executives Group is seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant to support the successful execution of live events and experiences in the Nashville area.
This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced event environment. The Event Assistant will help with event preparation, on-site activities, guest experience, and event operations.
Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup and preparation before guests arrive.
* Help organize event spaces, materials, displays, and assigned activity areas.
* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Support the event team during live events and scheduled activities.
* Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming event environment.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* No previous event experience required; paid training is provided.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with different people.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
