Job Opportunity: Director of Rehabilitation

Our organization is in search of a Director of Rehabilitation to spearhead our on-site rehabilitation initiatives within a compassionate, resident-focused senior living community. This pivotal role involves overseeing physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech services, ensuring that residents receive tailored, goal-oriented care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to enhance their professional growth.
• Manage therapy schedules and caseloads effectively.
• Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Medicare requirements.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and families to promote safe mobility and enhance residents' quality of life.
• Drive program expansion, staff development, and continuous improvement within a nurturing, home-like atmosphere.

• Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a senior living context.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Medicare guidelines.
