Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate deep process discovery, documenting current-state workflows, decision flows, and operational procedures

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes, roles, and supporting technology to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, technology, and risk teams to surface inefficiencies and drive process improvements

• Support the shaping and documentation of AI-enabled opportunities, including inputs into business cases and alignment with governance and risk review requirements

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools with practical application in operational workflows

• Strong process analysis and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies

• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including leading working sessions and challenging assumptions

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting operations functions or process management initiatives

• Background in innovation, automation, or continuous improvement efforts

Pay Details: $35.40 per hour
