About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Integrated Finance and Rates to lead the strategic direction of the finance function within its Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the multi-year fiscal outlook, advising on the allocation of Medicaid dollars across program areas, and serving as a key representative for the agency in budget and financing matters. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of funding and expenditure in the Medicaid system, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders. The Chief will also provide direction for managed care pricing and payment frameworks, prepare the agency for federal policy changes, and ensure that day-to-day financial operations are in line with the overall strategy. Applicants for the Chief of Integrated Finance and Rates position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in senior-level finance or strategy, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of Medicaid finance and healthcare, particularly in the areas of value-based care and medical economics. Strategic problem-solving skills and experience in advising and building consensus among executive leadership and external partners are essential.
