About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its community financial services organization. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven and highly service-oriented leader, with a minimum of twelve years' experience in the banking or credit union industry, particularly in an executive leadership role. Key responsibilities for the role include serving as the Chief Executive Officer under the guidance of the Board of Directors, providing vision, leadership, and management for the development and execution of major corporate strategies and policies, and being a strategic, consultative partner focused on the organization's mission, vision, and values. The successful candidate will also be expected to bring a progressive, forward-thinking mindset to build on the organization's strengths and lead it into the next chapter. Applicants for the President and Chief Executive Officer position at the company should have a solid background in finance, lending, marketing, human resources, retail, and/or IT, and a proven ability to manage a proactive partnership with a Board, Management, and key stakeholders. Experience in community engagement and a demonstrated commitment to serving as an active member of the community are also essential.
