About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its self-storage portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitability, asset value, and growth of the portfolio, with a focus on leading a team to meet and exceed financial targets. This role involves setting and executing portfolio strategy, optimizing revenue, and maintaining the brand's customer perception. The President will be accountable for key performance indicators such as growing NOI, delivering same-store revenue growth, and sustaining occupancy levels. Strategic leadership, P&L ownership, and a strong background in self-storage, including direct experience overseeing a significant number of facilities, are essential. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in self-storage. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in revenue management, asset strategy, and a deep understanding of financial controls and budget discipline.
