TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30322!

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years License: Georgia or compact license required Certifications: ACLS required Must-Have: Rhythm identification test required Description: This unit operates like an ICU but is considered an advanced PCU due to the ratios. The unit takes 24-hour post-CABG cardiac surgery patients with chest tubes. Ventilator experience is not required. The unit does have LVADs, and the facility will provide necessary training. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. Nurses will be required to take a proctored rhythm identification test upon starting, with two attempts allowed. This position requires adaptability and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
