Confidential Healthcare Leadership Opportunity A new leadership opportunity has opened for a Director of Pharmacy (Pharmacy Manager) within a not-for-profit healthcare organization. This role will oversee a collaborative and high-functioning team of 11 pharmacy professionals: 5 Pharmacists 5 Pharmacy Technicians The incoming leader will assume responsibility for all aspects of pharmacy operations, compliance, staff development, and safe medication management. The department plays a key role in patient safety, with responsibilities including compounding medications in an ISO-7 cleanroom with an ISO-5 hood, ensuring precision and safety for high-risk medications. Transition Context The previous manager is relocating for a larger opportunity and family reasons, creating an opening for a strong leader to step into this established department and guide it forward.
