Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTop Job Located in Commerce, CA Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Maintenance Mechanic II Monday- Friday / 6am - 2:30pm$27.00 - $30.00 per hour, DOE A leading supplement manufacturer is currently seeking a talented Maintenance Mechanic II to join the team and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment at our Commerce, CA facility. You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various machinery and mechanical systems, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machinery. Maintenance Mechanic II Responsibilities:Troubleshoot mechanical issues across a wide range of equipment, including motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.Disassemble devices to access and replace defective parts; inspect parts for wear and tear.Adjust mechanical components and control instruments.Repair or replace malfunctioning parts, and install new structural or functional components as needed.Lubricate and clean mechanical components to maintain their functionality.Conduct tests on repaired machinery to ensure devices operate correctly after maintenance.Initiates purchase orders for necessary replacement parts and equipment.Perform electrical repairs using test equipment to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during all maintenance and repair activities.Maintenance Mechanic II Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, or completion of a relevant technical trade school program.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their operations.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety protocols, and maintenance documentation.Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence related to maintenance tasks and issues.Good mathematical skills, including the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations involving measurements and calculations related to machinery maintenance.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Benefits of Working with Express Employment Professionals:  Weekly pay and immediate benefits! Evaluation to hire positions - get your foot in the door at a great company! Personalized job matching and interviewing prep! No fees for you, ever! Quick hiring process - get started as soon as tomorrow!    Apply Today!
