Nurse Manager / Sterile Processing (SPT)

This position requires a minimum of a BSN. Leadership and management skills preferred.

Demonstrated skill in finance/budgeting, computer applications, organizational theory and application, human resource management.

Demonstrated and ongoing commitment to continuous professional growth, development and excellence required. Maintains a good physical/emotional well-being and a positive attitude.

Possess personal qualifications such as kindness, sympathy, good judgment, and an ability to relate effectively. Recognizes the importance of setting a good example for others.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills required.

Management applications, and customer service marketing preferred.

Minimum of two years of management experience in an acute care facility or health care area in sterile processing required. CPR and ACLS certification required; TNCC certification preferred.
