Salary: $110k - $120k; based on experience
Requirements:
- Must have current Ohio RN license
- Must have prior director of nursing experience
- Must have strong clinical background & knowledge
- Must have long term care experience
- Must be willing to travel
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective nurse management (hiring, development, training, performance feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services.
- Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related supports and services.
- Review training at least annually and makes modifications as needed.
