Sport Clips Haircuts in South Lebanon, OH is hiring Management Team Members for its Management Development Program. Positions include Assistant Manager (hourly with additional compensation) and Manager (salaried, minimum $65,000). Job types are Full‑time and Part‑time. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of stylists, ensuring high quality service and a positive work environment. Develop pro stylists by providing training on men’s haircut techniques and client service. Deliver the ultimate haircut experience for men, keeping up with latest hairstyles. Maintain a sports‑themed salon atmosphere with a friendly, no‑perm, no‑color policy. Qualifications Ohio Cosmetology or Barber License (Required). Compensation & Benefits Sign‑on bonus: $500 for full‑time, $250 for part‑time. Performance‑based raises, annual anniversary bonus, and commission pay. Insurance options (disability, life), paid time off for salaried members, and an employee assistance program. Free parking, tool purchase program, and flexible/uniform‑friendly attire.
