Position Details Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Lakewood, WA Setting: School-Based Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 17, 2027 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Hours: 35.5 hours per week, approximately 7.25 hours per day Pay: $68–$78 per hour Age Group/Caseload: TBD, discussed during interview Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA-based interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior support staff Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, families, and other members of the IEP team Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and district policies Why Join PediaStaff?
