Associate VP Field Access & Reimbursement

Role: Lead the development and execution of MoonLake's national field reimbursement strategy for the U.S. launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

Responsibilities

build the operating model, recruit and develop regional and national FRM teams, establish compliant provider-office education standards, partner cross-functionally with market access, specialty pharmacy, commercial, and legal teams, and create escalation and barrier resolution pathways.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred); 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access, reimbursement, or patient services; 5+ years leadership of field reimbursement teams; deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, payer policies, prior authorization, appeals, and provider workflows.

High Value

specialty biologics launch (dermatology/immunology), reimbursement strategy, field access organization scaling, compliance adherence, cross-functional collaboration, experience with specialty pharmacy and access programs.
