Make daily outreach to nurture leads in the CRM. Schedule and attend showings, inspections, and walkthroughs. Work with the operations team to keep paperwork complete and deadlines on track. Track activity metrics and review them in coaching sessions. Represent Monumental professionally in all client interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or higher. Virginia real estate license or plan to obtain promptly. Prior customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, service, etc.). Willingness to commit to full-time hours while income ramps. Comfortable with performance-based, commission-only pay. Compensation $40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
