As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll help connect buyers and sellers with our real estate team. You'll:

• Contact and communicate with prospective buyers and sellers

• Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships

• Qualify prospects and identify their real estate needs

• Schedule appointments for our Real Estate Sales Agents

• Use CRM and technology tools to manage leads and follow up

• Work toward sales and appointment-setting goals

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective homebuyers and sellers through phone calls, emails, and social media to build strong relationships.
• Identify and nurture leads by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our sales team to develop strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize our industry-leading lead generation systems to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
• Work closely with our marketing team to align on messaging and outreach efforts that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage client interactions and track progress.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for success.
