Physician in Practice: 1
Support Staff:
- 1 NP (3 days/week)
- 3 MAs (2 FT & 1 PT)
Ultrasound, NST, IUI, and Phlebotomy Onsite
EMR: None; Paper Charting Only
Other Info:
- Open to J1 visa candidates

Requirements:
Active MI License or willing to obtain
BC/BE
BLS DEA (must obtain prior to start date)
CSR/CDS (must obtain prior to start date)
