You'll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing leasing activity, and creating a strong sense of community.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents
• Manage leasing activities including applications, approvals, and move-ins
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to drive leasing velocity
• Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with marketing efforts and online leasing activity
• Maintain accurate leasing data and reports
• Support day-to-day operations and resident communication

What It Takes

• 13+ years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Experience in student housing or luxury leasing preferred
