You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, which typically entails providing 10-30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Trinity Health Behavioral Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines, ensuring accurate assessments for treatment planning.

• Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy, focusing on a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and dual disorders.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including crisis intervention, skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Collaborating in interdisciplinary team consultations to enhance treatment strategies and care coordination.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and necessary interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Valid LMFT license in Pennsylvania or a Psy.D.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services.

\n
