As part of the Global Shared Services (GSS) Creative Studio team, we deliver high-quality creative assets that support content launches, marketing campaigns, and owned & operated channels across global marketplaces.The Creative Studio team operates as an internal creative agency, bringing together designers, art directors, program managers, and quality teams to deliver scalable, on-brand creative solutions. We support a high volume of work across multiple business lines, including Prime Video, Sports, Channels, and Studios, balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.Amazon’s GSS Creative Studio is looking for a Creative Key Art Finisher to be a part of our in-house finishing team. This role is vital to the success of our Key Art Development team as they will be responsible for performing finishing of our final key art assets that will be used in all deliverables for a campaign. This role takes ideas from comp stage through to high-res assets that are ready to be handed off to our production teams for adaptations to our printed and digital out of home (OOH) along with assets that are featured on Amazon's home page and in the Prime Video app.Key job responsibilities- Coordinate closely with the Art Director to understand the requirements for each project- Work in a high-volume department, under tight deadlines and provide accurate time assessments- Work with leadership to develop and implement best practices and standard operation procedures- Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.- Fulfill multiple projects requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.A day in the lifeThis role will work closely with the team leadership Art Directors and Creative Directors to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the highest quality finishing and file organization.Basic qualifications- 5+ years of creative services experience- 5+ years of entertainment, brand or production entity experience- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio- Experience working with stakeholdersPreferred qualification - Experience with collaborative design tools (Figma)- Understanding of marketing campaign execution across multiple channelsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
