Logistics Specialist (Raw Materials)

Title Raw Materials Logistics Specialist Location Cartersville, GA Summary The Raw Material Specialist will support logistics operations related to raw material management for module manufacturing at Hanwha Qcells Georgia Inc. Responsibilities Monitor inbound logistics and ensure accurate receipt and system registration of raw materials Manage raw material inventory through SAP and ensure alignment with physical inventory Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies between system and physical stock Manage FIFO operations by reviewing aging reports, GR dates, and material classification dates Coordinate with 3PL providers for receiving, storage, cycle counting, and inventory handling Maintain logistics master data related to raw materials and warehouse operations Monitor raw material inventory levels and report potential supply risks Ensure materials are stored and handled in compliance with safety and operational standards Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status and logistics operations Support weekly and monthly operational reporting and meetings Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Management or related fields At least 1~3 years of warehouse management related experience Strong knowledge of logistics, internal and external warehouse Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace, professional, team environment with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately for project schedules and other deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing industries, especially in renewable energy Proficiency in Korean and English, both spoken and written Excellent computer literacy with an advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft office Knowledge of SCM and logistics Experience in high-volume and multi-site distribution with understanding of FMS, TMS/EPR systems Hanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. #J-18808-Ljbffr Qcells North America
