Salary: Starting at 75000 per year

As a BCBA at Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC, your responsibilities will include butare not limited to:

-Conducting behavior assessments (e.g., FBAs, skills assessments) in accordance with BACB guidelines

- Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans based on assessment data

- Supervising RBTs and BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity and ethical

implementation

- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress and update treatment plans

- Conducting parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of

skills

- Ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical codes as set by the BACB andMedicaid/insurance guidelines

- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for billing, progress notes, and internalaudits

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, schools, and families as needed.

- Participating in team meetings, clinical reviews, and continuing education activities

- Collaborating with teachers and leadership at Silver Lining Learning Academy to alignbehavior support plans with educational goals

- Participating in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school stafftrainings as needed to support student success

- Providing consultation to teachers and administrators to ensure appropriate

implementation of behavior strategies within the classroom environment
