Senior Benefits Analyst

To shape the strategy and oversight of North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will leverage data analytics and financial acumen while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop strategic roadmaps and executive dashboards to evaluate program trends and guide financial wellbeing initiatives Direct budget workflows for North American retirement plans and voluntary benefits, ensuring precision in financial management Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, and regulatory compliance to maintain strong governance Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets Strong knowledge of North American retirement plan governance and regulatory reporting Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets Exceptional collaboration and project management skills to manage complex priorities
