Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry preparation especially with viennoiserie doughs. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal. Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, decoration skills, and viennoiserie skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Passion for culinary arts and a desire to create high-quality baked goods.
