About Us:
We are a prominent independent medical group in New York State, recognized as one of the largest multi-specialty, physician-led organizations. Our focus is on attracting entrepreneurial physicians who are eager to develop, expand, or enhance their practices.
Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established department, which includes two full-time physicians and three physician assistants.

Full-time position
Fast-tracked partnership opportunity in private practice
Attractive compensation package starting at $325,000 annually
Hospital call schedule: 1 in every 13 weeks, with additional compensation (single hospital)
On-site audiological services available
Offices equipped with advanced video strobes
Facilities designed to support various in-office procedures
Experienced support staff knowledgeable in ENT
Epic Electronic Medical Records system in use
