Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure.
