Laboratory Technician Job Description The Laboratory Technician I, using general laboratory methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing America’s Quality Assurance programs and standard operating procedures, supports laboratory operations through general maintenance of laboratory and supply storage areas, equipment, instruments, and supplies.

Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.

Microbiology work

Prepares general laboratory paperwork such as recording analysis results, tracking samples, bench sheets, and laboratory logbooks.

Washes laboratory glassware to prepare for next day’s samples.

Stocks laboratory supplies.

Builds bottle kits to provide to clients and assists other laboratory areas as needed.

Qualifications Education/Experience (BMQ): Education: 2 to 4 year degree in science preferred; Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience

Ability and/or Skills (BMQ): General knowledge of chemistry and/or general science

Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

Position is full-time Monday – Friday day shift.
