Bar Oscar looking for line cook to work 22-25 Hours/week Thursday-Saturday with opportunity to add prep hours in the future. Opportunity for creative input. We want you to feel a sense of ownership back there.
Qualifications
- Experience working in kitchen
- Oyster shucking experience is a huge plus
- Knowledge of food preparation and systems
Responsibilities
- Executing small menu including salads, charcuterie, oysters
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Rotate, stock, maintain standards with the food
- Work well within small team
