Responsibilities Make outbound calls to small and medium‑size business owners across the United States to request merchant processing statements. Review and analyze statements for potential savings and services. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self‑motivated, energetic, professional attitude. Basic computer knowledge.
