Sales Associate - (ESP Bilingual)

Summary We are looking for Sales staff to work with us in-store to help people live better lives by riding bikes. You will help customers purchase bikes and gear to get out and enjoy a bike ride. Responsibilities Greeting customers, collecting important information, making product recommendations. Demonstrating products through a test ride. Capturing customer information and closing the sale. Utilizing the sales process to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Providing positive, excited one‑of‑a‑kind customer service. Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices. Describing merchandise and explaining use, operation, and care to customers. Other duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications Must like helping people. Play well with others. Experience preferred in retail sales. Previous bike shop sales experience preferred. Interest in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers. Interest in developing own skills and knowledge.
