We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Acrylic Bath Installer to join our installation team.

 

Position Summary

The Acrylic Bath Installer is responsible for completing bath and shower remodeling projects in customers' homes. This position requires experience with construction, carpentry, and acrylic bath and shower system installations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a professional attitude, and consistently delivers quality results.

 

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company and manufacturer standards
• Remove existing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, and related materials
• Prepare installation areas by performing necessary framing and surface adjustments
• Install tubs, shower bases, wall surrounds, trim, shelving, grab bars, and accessories
• Perform minor plumbing and carpentry work as needed
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• Apply sealants and ensure all installations are watertight
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project
• Protect customer property during the remodeling process
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions as needed
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Conduct final quality inspections before project completion
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site safety requirements

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, construction, carpentry, or acrylic bath installation preferred
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials regularly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
