Journeyman Electricians - Commercial Retail Build-Out

$27 - $35 per hour

Job Description

TradeWise Staffing Group is actively hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a high-profile commercial retail build-out project in Lebanon, TN . We are seeking electricians with strong commercial experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment alongside an established field team.

Project Scope:
Commercial retail construction and remodel work on an active large-scale retail site. Electricians will support all phases of the project from rough-in through final trim and energization.

Responsibilities:
• Install EMT conduit, perform wire pulls, and complete terminations
• Install panels, devices, lighting, and electrical components per NEC standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Work from ladders and scissor lifts as needed
• Coordinate daily tasks with field supervision and crew members
• Maintain safe work practices and follow OSHA/site requirements at all times

Requirements:
• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong conduit bending and installation skills
• Experience with wire pulling, terminations, and device installation
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Must have PPE and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
• Tennessee Journeyman License
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Scissor Lift Certification

Compensation & Schedule:
• $27.00 – $35.00/hr DOE
• Overtime opportunities available
• Weekly Pay (W2)
