Position Summary ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegating and directing all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients, the therapist ensures the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate a successful return to community activities. Educating patients, families, and coworkers is a key aspect of this role. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals focused on advancing patients toward discharge. Document medical records clearly, concisely, and accurately in compliance with relevant guidelines. Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval when necessary. Participate in the student program as assigned, providing a positive learning environment. Create an individualized professional development plan and pursue continuing education opportunities. Adhere to discipline‑specific State Practice Acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Demonstrate awareness of performance improvement initiatives and actively contribute to quality of care improvements. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR Certification. Active applicable license for the practicing state. Previous experience with the agency is highly desired. Schedule This is a 5x8.0 shift position. Compensation Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
