Personal Assistant for an Anesthesiologist in the US (Home Based Part Time)

Virtual Assistant

The client is an anesthesiologist who also manages real estate and short-term rentals, expressing a need for personal assistance to handle a heavy workload, particularly during the summer months. Primary challenges include managing incoming emails received across roughly 15 different hospital accounts, keeping track of a busy personal and professional schedule, and offloading administrative tasks such as booking appointments or managing travel credits.

Multi-Account Email Management: Oversee and triage 15+ email accounts to prioritize high-value communications, clear backlogs, and maintain zero-inbox efficiency.

Complex Calendar & Family Logistics: Coordinate unified schedules across professional and personal calendars, seamlessly integrating family activities via Skylight.

Task Optimization & Follow-Through: Drive task management systems to track action items, manage deadlines, and proactively execute critical follow-ups.

Speaker & Event Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for conferences and speaking engagements, managing logistics, itineraries, and preparation materials.

Personal Assistance/Executive Assistance experience

Email and calendar management proficiency

Ability to handle confidential information (key for physician access)

Strong communication & organizational skills
