About the Role




TestingXperts is seeking a senior leader to drive delivery excellence, client success, revenue retention and account growth across its US Quality Engineering portfolio.




The VP will directly own select strategic accounts and oversee other engagements through delivery managers and client leaders. Working in partnership with Global QE Delivery, the VP will own client relationships and portfolio outcomes, while Global QE Delivery leads capability, talent, capacity and technical execution.







Key Responsibilities




Own portfolio performance across client satisfaction, delivery outcomes, revenue retention, growth and profitability.




Build executive relationships with strategic clients and position TestingXperts as a trusted Quality Engineering and transformation partner.




Lead governance across engagements, identify risks early and drive corrective action and critical client recoveries.




Partner with Sales to develop account-growth plans, identify expansion opportunities and ensure timely renewals.




Work with Global QE Delivery to align client commitments with the right skills, capacity and delivery approach, including readiness reviews for major engagements.




Manage portfolio financial performance, including margins, utilization, revenue realization and forecast accuracy.




Develop a strong team of delivery and client leaders with clear ownership and accountability.




Drive practical adoption of automation, AI-led Quality Engineering and AI Assurance, delivering measurable improvements in quality, productivity and speed.







Required Experience and Skills




15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, software testing, digital assurance or enterprise IT services, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple enterprise accounts or a substantial services portfolio.




Proven success retaining and growing strategic accounts through delivery excellence and executive client relationships.




Experience leading globally distributed teams through delivery managers and other senior leaders.




Strong financial and commercial judgment, including responsibility for revenue, margins, utilization and forecasting.




Demonstrated ability to resolve critical escalations, recover troubled accounts and rebuild client confidence.




Strong understanding of managed testing services, modern Quality Engineering, automation and AI-enabled testing.




Executive presence, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regional business and global delivery teams.




Based in the US and willing to travel regularly to client and company locations.







Preferred Experience




Leadership within a global technology-services or specialist Quality Engineering organization; experience with TCoE and managed-service models, enterprise transformation programs and emerging AI Assurance capabilities.

Client retention and satisfaction, strategic account growth, delivery quality, portfolio profitability, forecast accuracy and leadership team effectiveness.
