To support operational efficiency, the part-time Documentation Quality Assurance Representative will review and process client order documentation and technician submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Key responsibilities Review and process technician submissions and client order documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in submitted paperwork Communicate with internal teams to clarify documentation and ensure timely resolution of issues Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency in computer systems and digital documentation tools Ability to navigate client management and inventory platforms Prior experience in office or administrative roles is preferred Background in healthcare, medical services, or durable medical equipment is advantageous
