Position Summary The Scheduling Manager oversees the planning and coordination of all scheduling activities tied to delivery and relocation operations. The role ensures schedules are built accurately, communicated effectively, and executed in alignment with customer expectations and operational goals. They provide leadership, manage escalations, and support the development of consistent processes that strengthen performance and efficiency. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational reliability and supporting a high‑quality customer experience. Pay Range The pay range for this role is $65,000-$82,000 DOE. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Lead scheduling operations by overseeing daily planning, coordination, and execution of delivery, relocation, and reverse logistics activities to meet timelines and project requirements. Manage and support the scheduling team, providing direction, prioritization, and guidance to ensure alignment with customer needs and operational goals. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of asset relocations and transportation activities, partnering with Supply Chain and external resources to support transportation planning and service delivery. Resolve escalations and complex scheduling issues, applying sound judgment to maintain timelines and service commitments. Drive consistency and process improvement by maintaining and refining standard operating procedures across scheduling functions. Monitor and communicate performance metrics related to scheduling accuracy, timeliness, and service outcomes to support operational decision‑making. Support operational and fiscal decision‑making that improves efficiency and balances company, customer, and employee needs. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years in Logistics Operations experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experience managing deadlines, service level expectations, and operational KPIs. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for cross‑functional communication and customer interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP). Demonstrated ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and manage performance. Exceptional customer service skills, including handling escalations and resolving service issues. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Applied experience in Technology and Customer Service fields. Demonstrated success in driving process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, workflow optimization). Strong analytical skills with experience using data and KPIs to guide operational decisions. Supervisory Responsibilities This position directly manages the Scheduling Team. Staffing decisions (Hiring, interviewing, disciplining, terminating, pay decisions). Provides training, supervision, and evaluation of direct reports.
