About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Global Real Estate and Workplace to spearhead the strategic and operational management of its global real estate portfolio and workplace experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a long-term global workplace strategy that aligns with business priorities, workforce plans, and growth trajectory. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in corporate real estate, workplace, and facilities management, particularly within high-growth, global organizations. The VP will lead the global real estate portfolio, including all aspects of transactions, lease negotiations, and ongoing optimization, while ensuring that every real estate investment supports business outcomes. A key focus will be on delivering a consistent, hospitality-driven workplace experience across all global offices and driving financial and operational excellence. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Real Estate and Workplace position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in the relevant fields, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate transactions, workplace operations, and design. The role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader with a customer-first approach, capable of building and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and may hold professional certifications in corporate real estate, facilities management, or project management. Experience in a late-stage technology company or a similarly dynamic environment is preferred. The role also demands a leader with outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization.
