Senior Program Analyst

Senior Program Analyst – OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Program Analyst, supporting the Army’s United Network Modernization (UNM) organization. Place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA. Major Duties and Responsibilities Develops, coordinates and provides/presents program information. Develops, updates and responds to program management reports. Develops, updates and maintains project plans and schedules. Prepares and conducts program reviews (annual, quarterly). Performs Staff Action Control Officer (TMT) tasks for Ops. Develops, plans, coordinates, and participates in Ops Battle Rhythm events (IPRs, C&S, stand-up). Develops, updates and responds to Ops reporting requirements. Performs personnel tasks for Ops. Performs long-range planning. Participates in informal meetings, conferences, committees, and seminars. Performs administrative support tasks (calendar/time management, office supplies/materials, record management). Provides non-program specific data calls, weekly reports, and RFIs. Coordinates travel requirements (training, theater/country clearance, risk assessments). Prepares and/or attends business management meetings (program management, staff, etc.). Routes contracting requirements and contract MODS. Develops/provides annual POM inputs. Serves as the government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects. Works collectively with other operations or project managers across the organization. Provides direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules. Has a detailed understanding of the day-to-day operations for assigned projects, including ongoing deliverables. Provides detailed reviews of major contract deliverables (key briefings) sent from the APM prior to presentation to leadership. Provides administrative support for development of SOPs, funding documents, PowerPoint presentations, and after-action reports. Travel Some travel can be expected (both OCONUS and CONUS). Work Schedule 100% In-office at Fort Belvoir, VA. Security Clearance Active Secret Clearance. Qualifications Army Acquisition experience highly recommended. 8 years (minimum) related PM experience. Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional projects, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints. Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communication skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management. Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification. Required Education / Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Management related field.
