The Role:
Fast, focused, and fired up. XO Taco is looking for line cooks who can handle the heat, move with purpose, and put out killer food every time. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and take pride in what hits the plate—this is your spot.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute tacos and menu items with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Own your station—clean, stocked, dialed in.
- Keep up during high-volume service without sacrificing quality.
- Prep, cook, and plate to XO standards.
- Work tight with your team and communicate on the fly.
- Follow food safety rules—no shortcuts.
