Client Service Manager (Captives)

Client Service Manager – Captives team, Marsh. Location: any US office. Responsibilities Prepare or perform technical review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS. Ensure all financial aspects of the client are efficiently managed. Discuss regulatory updates with clients and provide technical guidance. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, other service providers, regulators and colleagues. Manage the financial audit process with auditors, ensuring strict adherence to client deadlines and regulatory reporting requirements. Perform and execute review of financial statements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial reporting under GAAP or IFRS, including the insurance regulatory environment. Experience building relationships internally or externally in an Account Management or Client Services focused role. Ability to research complex matters independently and lead client meetings. What Makes You Stand Out Familiarity with captive policy structures and captive tax issues. An internationally recognized professional accounting designation, such as CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
