As a Real Estate Paralegal with this international law firm, you will be a key partner to attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence and financing to closing.
• Coordinate closings, prepare checklists, and track key deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
• Assemble, review, and maintain closing binders, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and organized.
• Review and analyze legal documents, including corporate resolutions, title commitments, surveys, and loan agreements.
• Maintain spreadsheets, track client information, and collaborate closely with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and internal teams.
• Assist with other administrative and transaction-related tasks as needed to support attorneys and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced. You have at least two or more years of prior law firm experience supporting real estate attorneys. Bachelor’s degree in hand.
• Real estate-savvy. You have direct experience with closing binders and understand overall transaction workflow.
