Field Marketing Intern

The Field Marketing Intern will play a critical role in connecting Zipline's operations with the communities we serve, acting as a frontline ambassador to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support market growth. This highly hands-on role will support Zipline's local Operations and Marketing teams in executing community activations, events, partnerships, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of Zipline deliveries. Responsibilities will include event setup and execution, brand ambassador support, activation planning, community outreach, and customer engagement. Through these efforts, the intern will help Marketing and Operations teams better understand local needs, strengthen engagement strategies, and build meaningful relationships within the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and executing local events, activations and community partnerships.
• Track event performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Help identify opportunities to increase local awareness and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with event logistics, setup, breakdown and inventory management.
• Be the first to lead the charge for "boots on the ground" support.

• Available to work in a hybrid environment, with at least two days per week in-person in our Richardson, Texas Hub.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to support occasional evenings and weekends for events and community engagement activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers, partners, and community members while representing the Zipline brand.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and excited to roll up your sleeves to help execute grassroots marketing initiatives and community events.
• Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas. Requires transportation (not company provided) and the ability to independently travel to operational sites, events, communities, and partner locations as needed.

What Else You Should Know

This internship is a full-time position, hybrid with two days in person at our Dallas, Texas office. We will host our Fall 2026 interns from September to December. Zipline is unable to sponsor work visas for applicants to this position.
