IT Product Manager - App & Infra Modernization

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related discipline, plus at least five years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, business or systems analysis, or a closely related field; we may accept equivalent work experience in place of the degree requirement, and advanced degrees may count toward part of the experience requirement.
• At least two years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile practices.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership capacity, with or without direct reports.

• We facilitate product teams and stakeholder groups across the organization by resolving dependencies and blockers, coordinating with operations and market partners to support adoption, organizing training and readiness efforts, leading feature demonstrations, sharing product expertise, and helping ensure compliance and appropriate technology risk management.
• We conduct discovery for new and existing products by working with business partners to understand needs, identifying market innovation, prototyping and validating ideas with end users, and feeding insights into the product roadmap.
• We track outcomes and key performance indicators by defining metrics, reviewing dashboards, assessing alignment to goals, and preparing reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
• We partner with product team members to solve user problems by prioritizing the backlog across new development, non-functional requirements, and technical work, while supporting competitive research, user testing, experimentation, and design-thinking efforts.

We are hiring a senior individual contributor for our Technology Lifecycle Management and Modernization organization in a flexible role, with the selected candidate expected to report to our Greensboro, NC office at least part of the time each week. In this role, we focus on application wellness roadmaps, modernization, and managing technical debt across our enterprise technology stack. We work closely with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and infrastructure partners to improve technology health, resiliency, and speed to market through modernization and rationalization initiatives.
