Head of Operations & Lean Excellence

Avancer Corporation

Avancer in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead strategic and operational initiatives across its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics, and possess a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. This role requires exceptional financial acumen and the ability to drive innovation and improvements. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
