Responsibilities Teaching and learning Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Academic and Institutional Service Within these duties and responsibilities, the following competencies are included. Subject Matter Expertise Effective Communication Pedagogical Mastery Operational Excellence Appreciation and Promotion of Diversity Assessment of Student Learning Utilization of Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning Continuous Improvement Qualifications MSN for Didactic; BSN for clinical, lab, or simulation.
