- Clean and maintain common areas, offices, and shared facilities
- Prepare vacant units by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and property grounds
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 25-40 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
