Carpenter's Latrobe Specialty Metals operations, based in Latrobe, Pa., manufacture high-performance specialty alloys serving aerospace, energy and other demanding markets. Latrobe continues a century-long legacy of leadership in metals technology.

Starting hourly wage ranges from $29.27 - $36.93

Primary duties are varied based on the department assigned. Assignments are based on experience and current company demand. Potential positions include VIM/VAR Operator, VIM/VAR Helper, Saw Operator, Grinder Operator, Material Handler, Annealing Operator, I-Lab Operator, IUT Operator.

Takes personal ownership for working safely and motivates others to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work steady or rotating shifts
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
• Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment is preferable, but not required
• Selected applicants will be required to pass a basic skills assessment.
