Qualifications:

• Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Valid Arizona Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist Certificate.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.
• One (1) year clinical experience required.
